Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused

• In original condition

• In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will organise a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
